Ragtime Midnight Club Minor Key Rag Track

Ragtime in a minor key, which immediately changes its character — the same stride machinery, but with a shadow over it. Warm-toned, moderately paced, with a good deal of dynamic movement in the playing.

For late-night period scenes, saloon and gambling-hall settings, slightly sinister vintage styling, and silent-film pastiche where the mood is not entirely comic.

The same stride machinery as the other two rags but in a minor key, which changes the character completely — there is a shadow over it. Use it when the period setting needs to feel less innocent.
