Bebop Jazz Study Session With Soft Brushes

Bebop written down to background level. The harmonic movement is genuinely bebop — quick changes, walking bass, a horn-style line threading through — but the drums are brushed so lightly they barely register as percussion at all. Almost no dynamic variation across the whole track.
Because the rhythm section stays out of the way, this one works where a real bebop record would be far too busy: reading, writing, homework, a quiet café ambience or a study livestream that runs for hours.
Bebop normally fails as background because the drums argue with you; here the brushes are so far down that the changes pass by as harmony rather than as events. That is also why it will not carry a scene on its own.
