In response to your lyrics, "Having a panic attack in the Toronto Public library..." - I've been to some of the Toronto Public Libraries. Some of them are more relaxing than others. The smaller ones tend to be less busy and more peaceful. One of my favourites is Taylor Memorial, which has a nice fireplace to sit beside.
