Rho is comprised of two musicians, Steve Setzepfandt and Josh Wittman. They were friends at an early age and both grew up with the admiration for many genres of music and musicians. They reside around the Minneapolis, MN area where they are involved in a number of music projects. .. ..The duo has released two albums, one in 2008 titled "Breathing Through the Liquid System" and most recently in August 2009 "Glass Memories".
