Electronic Outlaw Track

I had so much fun with this one. No particular inspiration- just wanted to go wild with something! Makes me imagine a big electronic carnival with an eccentric villain terrorizing the patrons (stealing their corn dogs, popping their balloons, etc.), and it's up to the elite cyber-carnival security force to stop them!!! That's the story I'm going to go with at least.
