Overnight Transit Track

Overnight Transit was written to convey the stress and feelings of having to transit some city during a flight where the transit requires an overnight stay in some hotel.

The opening 7 seconds represents the time in the air when you are just starting your descent. The idea is to provide some anticipation for what is about to happen. The song then progresses into more and more stress representing the arrival at the airport and deplaning. At time 00:38 we reach the customs, immigration, security area with more stress. The baggage collection happens around 01:00,.. some slightly uplifting music comes in until we reach 01:18 at which point we have collected our bag, gotten into the taxi and heading to the hotel were we can rest.. which happens at 1:46.

Unfortunately we haven't reached our destination yet and at 02:05 it is the next morning and we now have to do some heroics of going back to the aiport to deal with ticketing counters, immigration lines and the chaos of finding the gate.

Finally at 2:44 we have reached our gate, boarded the plane and the plane takes off to the skies at 2:50 concluding with the same opening theme.
