Elephant Mountain Fireflies Album

The album was recorded mostly in May in Cité Universitaire in Paris in the course of regular evening improvisations, with the following exceptions. Sketch 16 was recorded in Göteburg, Sweden. Sketch 18 was recorded in the airport Charles de Gaulle. Sketch 19 was recorded in Surazh, Belarus using wooden logs. Sketch 20 was recorded in Surazh, Belarus using bayan (chromatic button accordion) Sketches 25 and 26 were recorded in Taipei using the guitar of Natalia Kharchenko. The tracks were performed by Sergey Dovgal. Natalia Kharchenko played buckwheat grains in Sketch 26. Natalia Kharchenko created the artwork for the album inspired by the firefiles that we have seen in the evening when we were walking around the Elephant Mountain in Taipei.
