Eatliz is an alternative rock band, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Through its 7 years of existence, Eatliz has been performing endlessly in Israel, building a strong cult following of indie rock fans.
The band had released its debut album 'Violently Delicate' in 2007, with Anova Records. The album was promoted with two worldwide awarded videos – 'Attractive' and 'Hey'. Attractive was chosen to promote the MTV Artists Spot that was made about the band and also won the first prize in the video category of the Ourstage website, while Hey participated and won over 70 worldwide animation and short films festivals (including the precious #1 prize of the 2009 Babelgum contest, awarded by Spike Lee). The album received terrific reviews and was played constantly in Israel's leading alternative radio stations. It was selected in the 'best of' lists of that year. In 2008 it was also released in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, leading to an invitation on behalf of the Popkomm festival 08 to play a showcase.
