This New York City band, featuring ex-members of the Carbonas and Busy Signals, have just released their debut album and it's a killer. These guys have their feet planted firmly in that mid-'70s window when glam-rock was starting to fade and power-pop and punk were starting to emerge, but they're not simply cranking out formulaic pop that was learned by rote. Instead they create their own sound that fans of the Raspberries, Shoes, Dwight Twilley, and those junk shop glam compilations will find both familiar and fresh.
