April Fool's Week was the proto-event/album that would morph into 5unday 5essions as we know it. While staying with his sister, Britt, and brother-in-law, Artie, Noah decided it would be a better idea to do some home recording rather than go to work at a local sushi/yakitori restaurant. Along with Real Abe Lincolns' guitarist Ben, the group set out on that April Saturday night to put together a one-off album using Flying V guitars, Road Warrior samples, and lo-fi beats built in Audacity. Although outside of the main oeuvre, April Fool's Week encapsulates what we are all about at 5unday 5essions H.Q. Spontaneity, friends, and sharing ideas. Enjoy.
