Post-Apocalyptic Dark Rock Track.
Please note:
Since most of our tracks are based on spontaneously improvised sessions, it also happens that lyrics are spontaneously recapitulated from memory that fit very well at the moment. In this case "Morning Dew" by Nazareth, which had inspired us very much then. The original track was written by Bonnie Dobson in the 60ies. This is just about the lyrics, the theme is 100% 1st Contact with a little sonic makeup on our basic session theme - no cover.
Therefore this track may only be used for private, non-commercial purposes.
Walk me out in the morning dew,
Walk me out in the morning dew today.
I can't walk you out in the morning dew,
Can't walk you out in the morning dew at all.
I thought I heard a baby cry this morning,
I thought I heard a baby cry today.
But there are no more babies cryin` mama,
So you don`t hear no baby cry today.
Where have all the people gone,
Where have all the people gone today.
Don`t be worrying about those people,
You`ll never see those people anyway.
I thought I heard a young man morn this morning,
I thought I heard a young man morn today.
I thought I heard a young girl crying this morning,
But I can't hear no young girl cry at all.
Walk me out in the morning dew,
I'll walk you out in the morning dew today,
If there is no more morning dew
I guess it doesn't matter anyway...
