Jody Please Stop Track

Jody is military slang for the civilian man back home who steals a soldier's girlfriend or wife while they're deployed. He shows up heavily in military marching cadences — e.g., "Jody's got your girl and gone." The term dates back to WWII and is used across all branches, usually with dark humor.
