Description

French chameleon Emilie Simon (pronounced Simone) drops in to WFMU for a solo performance. Jumping from her unique electropop -- which uses natural sounds to complement her keyboard and guitar -- to composing the award-winning soundtrack to the original French version of March of the Penguins, from a collaboration with Tricky to the lush, orchestral sound of her latest album Mue, Emilie is a unique, unpredictable artist. Emilie exceeds all expectations in this bilingual performance. (WFMU) For more info, check out the playlist.
