Putin’s war of aggression against Ukraine has mobilized the strongest international outrage since 9/11. Putin is not crazy, he is pure evil.
When you give an evil person a way out, they don’t think you’re nice. Then they think you’re an idiot. If the civilized world gave Putin a way to ‘save face,’ he would take it as a sign of weakness and for him to intensify his killing and destruction.
