Wow, a dose of manic punk rock and roll from Jackson, Mississippi! The Overnight Lows are anything but an overnight sensation as their debut album, City of Rotten Eyes, was 10 years in the making! But it was well worth the wait as the Goner Records-released album was easily one of the best of 2010. The band caught up with Joe for a hurry-up offense set as well as a short interview.
