I love this tune and performance, and I love the dance that goes with it! Google search suggests this is a Roma ("Gypsy") dance tune from Macedonia and Kosovo. I think the name of the dance is "Kosovsko Gilansko Gajda", "Gilansko Oro", or "Kosovsko Gilansko Tikno".
