Born in Cachoeira do Arari, she spent her childhood in Belém, and then moved to Igarapé-Miri, where she experimented with the music of the region, such as carimbó and bangüê. She taught History and Studies of Pará, but also organized folk groups, Cordões de passaros and carnival associations, composing countless songs.
Ten years ago, back to Belem, was discovered by the Collective Radio Cipo and began performing with the group and performing. In the state capital, has opened shows for artists such as Otto, Vanessa da Mata and Nana Vasconcelos.
