2Kutup is a dreamy drone/ambient project that is based in Istanbul, Turkey.
2Kutup means “Two Poles” in Turkish. It was derived from the word “bipolar”. 2Kutup describes two opposite sides, black&white, good&evil, sadness&happiness, peace&war, in other words an inexhaustible thrive with bipolar disorder or a borderline personality.
Life itself is
bipolar according to 2Kutup and it is accompanied by music which is composed of contrast emotions expressed, whirled up into one.
