Contact artistCreating "Above the Clouds" was about mixing dreamy images with feelings of freedom and endless possibilities. The song is based on my personal story of a love that ended badly. I compared the night to the end of this love and imagined chasing the sun to stay in its light, trying to hold on to the bright side of life.
