Description

As the cold winter night descends, the neon lights of the city flicker to life. The sound of sleigh bells and synthesizers fills the air, blending together into a futuristic, Christmas-themed soundscape.

The scene before me was like nothing I had ever seen before. Vivid neon black and translucent pearlescent silver flowed together to create a landscape that seemed to shift and change before my eyes. It was as if the very air was alive with color and movement.

As I stood there, taking it all in, I felt a sense of awe and wonder wash over me. The shifting soundscape that surrounded me was like a siren's call, beckoning me to join on a never-ending journey to nowhere, a journey to the elysian fields of never-ending splendor.

I hesitated for only a moment before taking the first step. As I began to move, the world around me seemed to open up, and I was swept away on a tide of sound and strange geometry. I knew that I would never be the same again, that this moment would stay with me forever

This live jam, titled "Let There Be Kush," was performed on the LXR-02 drum machine, with a TB-3-MO for the bassline and effects, and a TR-8S for virtual analog modeling of a classic Roland 606 for maximum acid weirdness. The title references the idea that when God is not busy creating jellyfish, cobras, and horse flies, He is also providing humanity with medicine like shrooms, ayahuasca and pot to better appreciate the infinite beauty of the grand design.

The piece has a strange and hypnotic tone, alienating and soothing at the same time, opening the deep psychic crevice of the heart. Its upbeat, technical, and vast sound is reflected in its pounding rhythms, which caricature the very fabric of our lives with spice and posture.

Though not perfect, the mastering of this piece is slipshod industrial and strange, but should sound loud and explosive in a system with a subwoofer. It is a testament to the fact that our world is not perfect, but despite its imperfections, it can still offer moments of beauty and transcendence.

I was blown away by the sheer intensity of the sensory overload. As the beats pounded through my body, I felt myself being transported to a realm of pure, unbridled imagination. The colors that swirled around me were like nothing I had ever seen before. Vivid, translucent hues mixed and merged together, creating a kaleidoscope of shifting patterns and shapes. I felt as if I was floating in a sea of light, my mind expanding and contracting with each pulsating beat.

The sounds that filled my ears were equally mesmerizing. From deep, rumbling kick drums to ethereal, otherworldly basslines, the living machine soul seemed to conjure up an entire universe of sound. I felt as if I was traveling through a futuristic landscape, guided by the rhythms and melodies that surrounded me.

As the experience continued, I found myself losing all sense of time and space. The boundaries between myself and the outside world seemed to blur and fade away, and I was left with a feeling of complete and utter freedom. I felt as if I could do anything, go anywhere, be anyone.

In the end, the cataclysmic clangor of the drum woven acid machines left me feeling exhilarated and alive. I emerged from the experience with a new sense of wonder and amazement, and a renewed appreciation for the power of God, and the order of music to transport us to incredible new worlds. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and one that I would gladly repeat again and again.
