Description
Recorded after Shjip's captain Ripley Johnson relocated to Portland, Oregon, psych stalwarts Wooden Shjips' fourth album, Back to Land (Thrill Jockey), is more open and song-oriented than their previous releases. The band will stop by WFMU's studios during the first leg of a tour that will ping-pong across North America and Europe.
