Biography
Viya is a unique band who mixes folk, jazz and rock sensibilities through a deep love for improvisation. Formed in june 2008 - Kadıköy / İstanbul. In December 2008 they attended a compilation album ' VA - Clinical Jazz ' with their song called "Hırsız" from Clinical Archives netlabel - Russia. In 2010, the band was voted 2nd in 15th Roxy Music Days 2010 competition. and it's debut EP album 'Huzur İsyanda' was released through Oppa Tzupa Zound Zystem label in 2010 winter. In mastering process they worked with Analog Dimenson Mastering Studios (Slovakia)
