Another important reason ENDRUDARK should confirm if "The Orchard Music" owns is works is because if a YouTube user using those works under CC BY files a dispute and if that dispute is deemed "without sufficient cause" the user would receive a Copyright Strike and the video would probably be removed.

Because it is CC BY, I used "Time Up" as background music on a YouTube video uploaded today. My video was quickly flagged. "The Orchard Music" is claiming ownership of "Time Up". The YouTube notice says "Ads might appear on your video" and "Monetized by claimant." I am happy there is no strike or takedown notice, but I don't want any ADs on my videos.
