I've used the song Precipice in a video on YouTube but it's come back saying there is copyright infringement. I've filed a dispute saying that it's obtained under a CC attribution licence and I've given full credit for the music. Is it ok to use the song like this (it's background music for a gaming video) or should I use a different track?

Very good electronic music. It has enough energy to keep me interested and doesn't overpower my mind...and did I mention it's kind of disco.
