Section 27

27B is a DJ/Producer out of our native Glasgow, UK. Whilst not being involved in the city's pre-club night Trench and a radio show on Subcity called INDUSTRY (which we were recently featured on) he creates infectious electronic music aimed at the dancefloor. His first EP for Section 27 called "Signal Jammer" is a bitesize little release and a break away into some more experimental territory for the artist. Over its 15 minutes, Signal Jammer incorporates elements of house, techno, glitch and dark ambient sounds all blended seamlessly into one solid collection.

The next release came from our Russia-Connection, the child prodigy (Nedejda Orlova, 17) comes from the Russian "window to Europe", St. Petersburg, already five years old, she plays outstanding piano and discovered already tender age of 14, the night club life! With the new release [DAST006_LP] is her first electronic post, since curious and listened to what the little girl Nadejda has to say in her story "Tales from the disco" so!

Introducing our latest release and another debut from a new artist, meet "Floating Spirits" who appeared on the "We Are One" compilation with the track "Black & White Transmissions" which also appears on this album. This is a foray into what we call "maximal" dub with ethereal soundscapes, the record crackles and hisses along with just the right amount of rhythm without detracting from its chilled atmosphere. Perfect for both sunshine and late night listening.
