Lookin for some feedback on debut

I recorded this music (at the link below) in 2010 from melodies and ideas that had been fermenting in my head for years.  I needed to release the album by 2011 to feel like I had accomplished something while there's still time.  Although, it's rather crude, for me, i's nice to have record of where I have come from.  What do you think of it?  Does it make you want to play or is it simply a musician at work?  Please be the judge.  If anyone is interested in sharing these recordings, please do.  (Contact me if you'd like to talk business.)

The specifics: I used an old keyboard and a four-track recorder.  I recorded loud in order for the base to ring true and the keyoboard to carry a fuzz.  As a result of the loudness in these songs, I don't reccomend listening with headphones as you could hurt your ears playing it at the appropriate volume.  Use a speaker system that bumps base so loud you can feel it to truly hear this music.  In the end, its really up to you. I recorded the whole thing using headphones and I only have a slight ringing in my left ear now. Only that and nothing more.

Maranatha Music School

Maranatha! Our Lord, come!

The word "Maranatha" is an Aramaic phrase found in the New Testament of the Bible meaning "Our Lord, come!", "Come, O Lord" or "Our Lord has come".

Rainbow in the cloud symbolizes the everlasting covenant which God established with Noah and every living creature on the earth (Genesis 9).

The melody on the rainbow-like music staff is the tune of my favorite song by the legendary Christian worship leader/music director/composer Don Moen - "God will make a way", a song which I always recall whenever trials and difficulties come into my life.

Music is created by God and for God! We are created to worship our Creator God everyday, and we are going to sing and make music and praise and worship Him for eternity in heaven! I always wonder and tell myself: I better learn to play music better and pick up more tricks on earth now cos next time in heaven I'm going to play and worship God for eternity! I hope I can give my best to Him and hopefully don't play too many wrong notes :p

Newly established in 2010, formerly known as Echo Music, Maranatha Music School focuses on training and educating students in the area of music which includes instrument-playing, music expression, music creation and improvisation. We focus on the fundamentals of music and we believe in the importance of music theory training which in turn will help musicians greatly in their practical playing.

Lastly, let me share with you one of my favorite verses from Psalm 98:4-6:

Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music; make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing, with trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn - shout for joy before the LORD, the King.
