Panopticon Eyelids: Neural Feedback

Album Description

Released:December 12th, 2008
Length:00:10:45

Side A of this cassette single is an experiment in brainwave synchronisation. A Mind Machine with strobe light goggles was attached to each musicians head to help synchronize the two hemispheres of their brains. The stimulus was intense and the alpha frequencies almost triggered photosensitive epilepsy before they crashed down and passed out. Side B is just like the Lightbike scene in Tron. It is about losing yourself in a maze where speed, space and time change at every turn. Recorded in an old-school time pod. Black spray painted cassettes with gold splatter, just like the future. Numbered edition of 100.
