We are a group of friends who made a short-film and wanted to usea few seconds of one of your songs as background music; specifically "Dark Night" from Skidmarks.

Also we would like to participate in a contest with this short-film. There is a monetary prize involved. Is there any problem if we use your song according to the creative-commons rights?
