A mix of music from the Free Music Archive including Grammy Award winners, Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Billboard Music chart-toppers, MacArthur Geniuses, Ministers of Culture, and up-and-coming artists who find merit in the open sharing of their music. The FMA also hosts historic music dating back to the late 1800s, including "The Entertainer" (#10 on the Recording Industry Association of America's Song of the Century list), the Cylinder Preservation & Digitization Project’s earliest recording of “The Star Spangled Banner”, and classical repertoire of centuries past brought to life by the world-class musicians.
