Blunderphonics (aka Patrick Killpatrick aka Patrick Thibodeaux) began as a tribute to John Oswald's Plunderphonics of the 80s and 90s. The “Blunder” part comes from a previous band, The Blunder Children (taken from the 80s movie, Tapeheads), and when they broke up, the handle Blunder was used.

Like Oswald, Blunderphonics mixes, mashes, and manipulates pre-existing sound. As an obsessive music fan, he uses many genres including indie rock, punk, metal, rap, old RnB and funk, jazz, avant garde, old-timey music and sound, bluegrass and hillbilly hollers, space-age lounge, old electronic soundscapes, classical and opera, twentieth and twenty-first century composition, and other odd bits collected throughout the years.

Enjoy!
